Subject: Investing in foreclosures???

Hi,

I am new here. I was wondering if any
of you knew about a company named Anaga
Inc. They say they invest in foreclosed
properties and if we invest our money with
them, they guarantee 15-30% ROI per year.
Is this for real? Can you really make this kind
of money in foreclosed properties or is this
just a gimmick? Any feedback would be
greatly appreciated.
