Subject: Hart-Diamond

I've seen messages on here about H-D. I'm glad to find this forum at last to add yet more evidence that they are the lowest of cheats.

I see that I'm not the only one hit by one of Adam's favorite scams--the apartment that isn't ready for lease.

A few years ago I paid an $8k brokers fee to H-D for an apt which was to come available in 30 days. More than 90 days later, the apt was still not available, and no sign of it ever doing so. In the meantime I had to pay high rent in sublets.

The landlord gave me my deposit back. But Hart Diamond refused to refund the $8K broker's fee. In one of the ugliest phone calls I've ever received, Adam Diamond called me at my office and bellowed/shouted/swore/spit for in a clear ploy to frighten me off. I can verify from this experience that Diamond is among the lowest class of snakes anyone will ever encounter. I had to shower after each time I spoke to him.

The upshot--they kept my $8,000-plus. You can be sure Adam laughed all the way to the bank.

Adam, you're surely going to come on here and claim this is 'ALL LIES' and to check with the Secretary of State. Well, bud, I filed with the Secretary of State. The record is there for anyone who wants to check. You may want to retire that particular bit of rhetoric. Your continued operation is down to pure luck--it's going to catch up to you sooner than later, old friend. It's never over until it's over, and those of us you've cheated will be the ones laughing.
