Posted by: so confused... from host-208-44-68-41.c3i-inc.com on November 16, 2006 at 10:52:49 Subject: NJ - buyers mkt / low interest rates. how long will it last? i'm in the market to purchase my first home - a 1 br condo in the Bedminster / Basking Ridge area. from what i've seen and been told, it's a buyers market and the interest rates are the lowest they've been in months. question is - how long with this last? should I gamble and wait longer for the rates to drop further or should i make a move now? I heard the interest rates are going to pop in 1/06 and again in 2/06 but that was from a realtor who wants the commission. Any 3rd party opinions? many thanks.
