There have been several very acceptable offers made for this property but required all owners to agree. It has now gone to a Partition Action and sale is inevitable. There are several of us who would like to sell our shares to an investor in order to eliminate the stress of a court case. The following scenario was presented to me by an attorney and would seem to work for buyer and sellers. The buyer would determine the maximum amount that he would pay for the entire parcel,Offer the sellers slightly less,he would then have the ability to bid at the partition sale. If someone makes an offer higher than he will go, he still has made a profit on his investment. This is a prime piece of property, a developer's dream and a family nightmare. Any other suggestions on how to sell these shares or locating investors would be greatly appreciated.
