Subject: Re: Contract Aaron, Usually, there are more than one real estate agents involved. A listing agent, who always represents the seller, and a selling agent who may represent the seller or may represent the buyer, if you have hired him/her to work for you. If the selling agent was not working for you as a buyer's agent, he/she represented the seller and the answer really is "buyer beware". If you had worked with a buyer's agent and he/she supplied you with incorrect information, yes you could go after the agent/firm. The home inspection should also have indicated that either you did have a sewer connection or a septic system or advise you to check it out yourself. Good Luck
