Subject: Re: Selling house with a pool - question Oh, I have no illusions about being a professional. We're simply buyers - with a worried eye on potential resale problems down the road. If anything, we'd expect the pool to make it more difficult, not faster. We're just trying to gauge how much more difficult it would make it, so we're not stuck with two sizable monthly payments per month in 5-10 years. (We worry alot.)
