Hi Nicole
1. If you're using a buyer's broker, ask your broker. If not, don't bother. You won't get a straight answer from a seller's broker.
2. Anita Terrace is a co-op and has to make its latest financial report available to buyers. Get your attorney to request a copy, and have an accountant review it. Co-op financials are tricky, so make sure you get a professional opinion.
3. Go ahead and make your offer if you like the apartment. Then do 2 above before giving a deposit.
