Hi Nicole-

Did you purchase the apt? I have been living at Anita Terrace for over a year. The financial problems you are referring to is when the co-op declared bakruptcy due ot mismanagement. There is a new sponsor (I bought one of the sponsor units) and things are on the up and up.
