Posted by: Robin on April 29, 1999 at 14:42:02 Subject: Foreclosure My soon to be ex-husband did not make any support or mortgage payments for 3 months, even though ordered by the court. Although I have made them for 3 months since then, we are 3 months behind. The house is for sell, and there is a contract on it. We should close at the first of June if not before. I have been contacted for a large amount of money that I do not have by the lender, and if I don't pay it immediately, they will start foreclosure proceedings. What is my best recourse as of right now?
