Would real estate license help me in this type of work? If so, which license will help me the most (appraiser, salesperson,or broker)? also can anyone recommend me any books that's good for the exams given by new york state? I am also looking for training programs on real estate investment. There are couple of them online, but I am not sure how good they truly are. Can anyone offer me any suggestions? Thanks
