I'm not sure how the encoder is mounted on your machine, but mine has two bolts on it. The instructions I sent said to move the encoder very slightly to adjust. As an example of this, at some point a technician had used very thin cardboard - like the thickness of a postcard - under each side of the mount.
I'm not sure, but I do not believe you can get an F10 test to work until you have done a successful calibration.
