After you did the F11 . did you then do F1 calibration?
F-50 should check the encoder position. With the cal puck on and at the 6 o'clock position, F50 spin should show 0 or 255
If not then you need to adjust encoder or timing wheel position on the shaft.
Remember the last step of F-1 calibration is take cal puck off and spin again....then cal good should come up
