Subject: FMC Tire balancer repair/manual

I have a friend with an FMC Tire balancer that he purchased second hand. The machiene turns on and he is able to enter all the info but it won't spin and balance the tire. It is an older machiene ithink mid 80's the # he could find on it is E21CB083. Any auggestion would be helpful. If you know a where to purchase a manual that would be great too.
